Dr. Glenn Molin, Director

Dr. Molin has over 25 years of experience in the world of healthcare. After receiving a Bachelors degree from Adelphi University, he went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1991. He then opened the first of several successful chiropractic wellness centers in Virginia. Dr. Molin became a valued and trusted health resource for the many patients he served. Over the years, he became a much sought lecturer and educator on health and wellness and ultimately received several awards for his outstanding service to patients and the chiropractic profession. He is most proud of receiving the B.J. Palmer Memorial award for dedicated service to the profession and for being named “Chiropractor of the Year” in 1996 by his peers in the VA Society of Chiropractic.

Dr. Molin is a nationally certified Doctor of Chiropractic and is licensed in New York, Virginia, and in Maryland.

After 12 years of active clinical practice, he decided to utilize his diagnostic and clinical skills to assist other doctors help their patients through the use of advanced medical diagnostics. In 2005, he founded and developed a thriving radiology center in Columbia, MD utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. It was there that Dr. Molin realized the need of an integrated approach to managing health. He saw, quite literally, the devastating effects of poor health from the inside of patients’ bodies. Physicians referred people to his radiology clinic looking perfectly fine on the outside only to find debilitating disease on the inside.

“People seemed like they were rusting away” Dr. Molin was quoted as saying. “Doctors have become very good at adding years to our lives, and now is the time to take the steps to add life to our years…”

Dr. Molin developed Vitality Chiropractic and Medical Wellness resting on the foundational work of Dr. Robert Rifkin and Rifkin Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Rockville, MD.

He remains passionately committed to serving the Rockville community by offering the finest in Chiropractic and Integrative healthcare with the goal of helping people live “Vibrantly for Life”.

Dr. Diego Proano

Dr. Diego Proano grew up in Montgomery, MD just a few miles from our office and is a true native Marylander. After graduating from Magruder High School in Rockville, Dr. Proano attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he majored in Neurobiology and Physiology. Dr. Proano earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2009.

Following earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, he returned to Maryland and began practicing in the Baltimore area as part of a large multi-disciplinary healthcare and rehab group. He quickly earned a clinic director position at an office that focused on active physical therapy, aquatic therapy, functional capacity evaluations, work conditioning, work hardening and pre-and-post surgical rehabilitation. He has lectured on the topics of Functional Capacity Evaluations, aquatic rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation.

Dr. Proano is well educated and passionate about evaluating and treating the whole body by addressing and correcting dysfunctional movement patterns that lead to pain. He focuses on using an integrated approach, including chiropractic techniques, functional movement, active rehabilitation and soft tissue release. Dr. Proano firmly believes that the best approach to getting out of pain centers on teaching his patients how to facilitate the body's natural ability to respond and adapt to positive change (corrective exercises and adjustments), and addressing faulty body mechanics and lifestyle patterns (poor posture, weak or tight muscles).

Dr. Proano is fluent in both Spanish and English and enjoys treating his patients as he would the closest members of his family. He is an avid sports fan, and his number one love is the University of Maryland Men's Basketball Team. Dr. Proano is a self-described “foodie” and when not treating patients at Vitality Chiropractic in Rockville, enjoys seeking new and diverse cuisines.
